Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@toywell.co.uk and we can start the process of your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will shortly them process your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at customerservice@toywell.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@toywell.co.uk.
